By accessing or using Myconaut ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Myconaut is a fungi cultivation tracking platform. The Service allows you to organize cultivation activities into farms, track batches (species, substrate, method, notes), move batches through phases (inoculation, spawn run, fruiting, harvest), record harvests, and collaborate with team members. Access to the Service is invite-only.
You must receive an invitation to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload, including cultivation logs, notes, and images. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of data you or others enter, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on that data.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including laws governing cultivation activities in your jurisdiction. You must not use the Service for any illegal cultivation or activity. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
The Service is provided for organizational and tracking purposes only. It does not constitute agricultural, medical, or legal advice. Cultivation outcomes depend on many factors beyond the Service. We do not guarantee any particular result from your use of the Service or from any cultivation activity you track. You are responsible for your own cultivation practices and outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Myconaut and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For questions about these Terms, please use the Request Access form on our home page or contact support through the app. We recommend periodic review of these Terms and consultation with a lawyer before relying on them for legal purposes.
