Myconaut is a fungi cultivation tracking platform that helps growers organize farms, batches, phases, and harvests. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
We use your data to provide the Service (authentication, cultivation tracking, team collaboration), send transactional emails (account confirmation, invites, password reset), improve the product based on feedback and usage, and fulfill legal or safety obligations.
We use Supabase for authentication, database storage, and file storage. Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Data is processed in the regions where these providers operate (typically US/EU). These providers act as data processors under our instructions.
We do not sell your data. We share data only as necessary to operate the Service (with Supabase, Resend, and similar subprocessors), when required by law (e.g., subpoena, court order), or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.
We use essential cookies and session storage for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
We retain your data while your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our retention policies and legal obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most data directly in the app. For access requests, deletion requests, or other privacy questions, please use the Request Access form on our home page or contact support through the app. We will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are in the EU, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are in California, you may have additional rights under the CCPA.
For questions about this Privacy Policy or to exercise your rights, use the Request Access form on our home page or contact support through the app. We recommend periodic review of this Policy and consultation with a lawyer before relying on it for legal purposes.
